Dear Former Me,
It seems like only yesterday, I was at UP. It was the spring term, 2023.
So much has happened since then, you graduated with you BAED and continued to complete your MAT in 2024. Your student teaching was so much fun, you ended up being placed in Beaverton in 2nd grade just like you wished and now you live there. You had an amazing CT and learned so much from her. Now you’re using those skills in your 2nd grade classroom in BSD!!
You have a cute little apartment all to yourself and make time to see your besties on the weekends. You want to get a puppy soon but not sure if it can be left alone while you’re teaching all day! You have been back to England each year to see family and friends, and your cousins are having another baby, and your other cousins are having their first! YAYY! And now with extremely fast planes it only takes 5 hours rather than 10!
